Color direction and grading for Maze Memory 1800, a surreal cinematic journey exploring memory, family bonds, and Taiwanese cultural heritage through a futuristic museum and dreamlike underworld. Developed a visual color language that moves between retro sci-fi coldness, museum-like stillness, and emotionally driven dream sequences. Through scene-based tonal treatments and cinematic grading, we shaped the contrast between mechanical environments and intimate human memories, enhancing the film’s exploration of love, reincarnation, and remembrance.
