Color grading for “Nekton《游離之繞》”, an official short film trailer directed by LAM Wai-ling exploring themes of family history, displacement, and identity between Hong Kong and Taiwan. Collaborated closely with the director to develop the film’s visual tone through cinematic color treatments and scene-based mood direction, shaping a restrained yet emotionally textured atmosphere that supported the narrative’s sense of distance, memory, and belonging. The grading approach balanced naturalistic visuals with subtle tonal contrast to enhance the film’s intimate storytelling language.
