A cross-cultural phygital campaign created for Ghost in the Shell in collaboration with MADworld and Ucollex. The project merged iconic cyberpunk visuals with traditional Japanese ukiyo-e craftsmanship, translating the legendary anime IP into a collectible experience for the Japan and US markets. Led creative production across campaign visuals, motion assets, launch content, and international promotional direction to ensure consistency across digital, community, PR, and marketing touchpoints.
